Introduction to Luo Dachun(bamboo piano)Master performer

Mr. Luo Dachun is a native Chengdu native, director of the intangible cultural heritage office of Sichuan Quyi Research Institute, and inheritor of Sichuan's intangible cultural heritage "Sichuan Zhuqin". Since childhood, he has been under the disciple of Mr. Yang Qingwen, the founder of Sichuan Yang School (Zhonghe Tuned) Zhuqin, and has become a closed disciple, learning the Zhonghe Tuned Bamboo Qin; and he has also attended the Sichuan Qianqianban master, Mr. Zou Zhongxin, to learn Sichuan Qianqian; Sichuan voiceless master Mr. Li Yueqiu learned Sichuan voiceless; then he learned crosstalk from the famous cross talk actor Zhou You.

The husband has sung Qianban, Qingyin, Peking Opera, etc. He also said that he has performed sketches and double reeds in cross talk, and he is even more skilled in the interpretation of bamboo qin. For the development and inheritance of the bamboo qin, he has been diligently teaching the skills of the bamboo qin to his students without reservation.

Luo Dachun, the head of Sichuan bamboo piano art, held an apprenticeship ceremony and accepted seven apprentices born in the 80s and 90s in one go. A reporter from the West China Metropolis Daily witnessed the process of accepting apprentices.

Luo Dachun told reporters: "I don't accept a few apprentices to learn the Sichuan bamboo qin art, and not many people will learn the Sichuan bamboo qin art, so I took 7 apprentices in one go, hoping to pass on the endangered Sichuan bamboo qin art through them. "
