Recently, China Merchants International Conference Room held Guzheng experience activities for Chinese and foreign residents, inviting professional orchestras to perform live, showing excellent classical Chinese music culture for Chinese and foreign residents.
At the event site, the musicians dressed in Qipao and Hanfu successively played "Spring Dawn on Snow Mountain", "the sound of snow falling", "China under the Lights" and other songs, while playing on the screen the Chinese and British version of detailed explanation, in addition to introducing the historical overview of the musical instrument type Guzheng, also introduced the characteristics of various schools, various regions of the Guzheng.
After the musicians finished playing, they taught on the spot. Then the Chinese and foreign residents played a free and bold "The Sea Laughs" together. Alka from India also prepared her own score and asked the musicians for advice on the guzheng version of "Jasmine Flower".

Guzheng (pinyin: Gǔ Zhēng), also known as Hanzheng and Qinzheng, is an ancient national musical instrument of the Han nationality and is popular all over China.
