Guo Daoming, from Nanxi County. The provincial intangible cultural heritage, the inheritor of the "Nanxi Ha", has participated in many CCTV programs. Member of the Provincial Photographers Association, Chairman of the County Photographers Association, and retired head of Nanxi Luolong Town Cultural Station.

He joined the army in 1969 and served as a propaganda officer. In 1976, he was demobilized to the Luolong Cultural Center and worked as a film projectionist for more than 30 years, known as "Guo Film". When he was developing in the photography darkroom, he invented the "developing painting", and his developing paintings "spring buffalo pond", "lotus blooming quietly" and "fish fun" were well received by all walks of life. As a member of the Communist Party of China and a member of the County Political Consultative Conference, he actively pays attention to the protection of ancient buildings and the inheritance of folk culture. In 2006 in Yibin City "Chinese Cultural Heritage Day Yibin Publicity and Display Activity", he appeared with a self-made Ha. During the Sichuan Tourism Development Conference, his horn playing in Lizhuang attracted the attention of many foreign tourists.

In June 2011, "Nanxiha" was included in the third batch of Sichuan intangible cultural heritage list, and Guo Daoming was identified as the representative inheritor of this cultural heritage. In recent years, CCTV 3 "Happy China Tour - Charming Yibin", CCTV 4 "Distant Home - Summer to Yibin to see the 'sea'", CCTV 7 "Hometown - Living in a Cave" People”, CCTV 4 “30° North Latitude · China Tour—Following the Footsteps of the Bo People”, and media and columns such as Yibin Daily, Sichuan Rural Daily, etc., have successively reported that Guo Daoming invented “developing painting” and produced Playing Nanxi's "Ha" to carry forward the deeds of traditional culture.
