Li Chongwang, born in April 1935, is a native of Xiangyuan, Shanxi Province. He is a junior college student, a member of the Communist Party of China, secretary of the general branch of the Tianjin Song and Dance Theater, and vice president. He is a first-level composer. Enjoy the special allowance of the State Council and graduated from the Composition Department of China Conservatory of Music in 1965. He is the director of the Chinese Musicians Association, the executive director of the Chinese National Orchestra Society, the vice chairman of the Shanxi Musicians Association, the honorary head and artistic director of the Tianjin Armed Police Art Troupe.
