Dong Tinglan was a famous pianist in the Kaiyuan and Tianbao periods of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. He refused to read when he was young, wandered around, and was a beggar until he was 50 years old. Dong Tinglan was poor all his life, and he put all his attention on the things he loved. This state is worth learning from.
Yizhen is mainly divided into four parts, contracting the Tao, keeping one, nourishing the heart, and letting go.
