Huang Jiaqing, a special performer of Baile Records, is a young teacher of Xinghai Conservatory of Music. Master of Bamboo Flute from Xinghai Conservatory of Music was selected into the "Top Innovative Talent Training Plan" of Xinghai Conservatory of Music. He studied under Professor Tan Yanjian, a famous bamboo flute player and educator in Xinghai Conservatory of Music.
In 2012, he was admitted to the folk music department of Xinghai Conservatory of Music as the first bamboo flute in China. In August 2013, he participated in the Hong Kong International Bamboo Flute Invitational Competition and won the gold medal of the professional young and middle-aged group. In February 2014, he participated in the first National Instrumental Music Competition in Guangdong Province and won the Gold Award of the Adult Group. In 2015, the representative college went to Wuhan Conservatory of Music, Shenyang Conservatory of Music, China Conservatory of Music, and Central Conservatory of Music as a top talent in Guangdong music to participate in performance exchanges with major conservatories. In September 2015, the "Yueling Flute" Huang Jiaqing solo concert was held at the Capital Beijing University of Chemical Technology. In October 2017, Huangjiaqing Bamboo Flute Special Concert of "Sound of Flute" was held in Jiangmen Performance Center. At the same time, he participated in the recording of the National Music Festival TV program of Guangdong Satellite TV and the Youth Polka program of the music channel of CCTV.
