Zeng Ming was born in Jiangsu in 1962. National first-class performer (flute, flute player).
Zeng Ming is currently teaching in the Music Department of Jiangsu Institute of Education. He is a visiting professor at Berkeley University, an external expert at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, the artistic director of the San Francisco Chinese Orchestra, and the executive director of the China Bamboo Flute Association. He has traveled to Europe and the United States to give lectures many times, and held solo flute recitals. As the main flute of the Kunqu Opera masterpieces "Resurrection", "Bai Luoshan", "Peach Blossom Fan", "Dou E Injustice" and other plays.
Now he is a member of the Chinese Musicians Association, a member of the Chinese National Wind Music Research Association, a member of the Chinese National Instrumental Music Society, and a member of the Chinese National Orchestral Music Association.
Published CDs "Zeng Ming China Dixiao Album----Shenzhou Flute Rhythm" and "Running Clouds and Flowing Water".
He has won the Excellence Award at the Beijing International Chinese National Instrumental Solo Competition; the Gold Award at the Seoul World Pirj Art Festival;

Involving musical instruments
Xiao (pinyin: xiāo), divided into dongxiao and qinxiao. And because the flute has a hole, it is different from the pan flute without a hole, so it is called "dongxiao". The xiao has a long history, the sound is round and soft, quiet and elegant, suitable for solo and ensemble. It is generally made of bamboo with blow holes at the top.
