Chen Wen, born in Hsinchu, Taiwan Province in 1961, female, native of Lianjiang, Fujian, is a guqin player. He used to be the president of Taipei Hezheng Society.

In 1977, he was admitted to the National Music Department of Taiwan's "National" Art College with Guzheng, and then studied Guqin with professors Wang Haiyan and Sun Yuqin; he graduated in 1982. In the same year, he was admitted to the Chinese Music Group of the Music Department of the Chinese Culture University; he graduated in 1985. He has participated in many Guqin concerts held in Taiwan, and performed many Guqin concertos, which have been well received. Since 1986, he has successively taught in the Chinese Music Group of the Music Department of the Chinese Culture University, the Music Department of the National Academy of Arts, and the Chinese Music Department of the Huagang Art School in Taiwan. He has also served as the host of the Taiwan Air Force Radio Station. In 1985, held a personal guqin solo concert. In 1987, he premiered the Guqin Concerto at the Taiwan Concert Hall and was invited to perform in Malaysia.

In 1988, published papers such as "Forty Years of Guqin Development in Taiwan". In 1989, he successively participated in the International Guqin Concert and the Daya Unvoiced Guqin Concert. In 1991, edited and published "Guqin Master Sun Yuqin Memorial Album"; in 1992, edited and published "Shan Hua Chun - Chen Guoxing Guzheng Album". In 1993, he was invited to perform in Penang, Malaysia, which was a success. He has successively compiled and produced for the audio-visual company "Chen Guoxing Guzheng Concert", "Xiaoxiang Fast Snow Fishing and Woodcutter Dream - Guqin Music Calligraphy, Painting and Seal Cutting Exhibition", "Taipei Traditional Art Season - Qinquqin Song Concert", "Taipei Traditional Art Season" ——Cao Guifen Guzheng Concert Series", "Wu Jian Guqin Music" and other CD albums. In 1995, after settling in Malaysia with her husband Chen Guoxing, he continued to engage in music performances and teaching activities.
