Dufuzhuang Huqin has a history of more than 100 years in Jinan. It is well-known for its pure hand-made and excellent quality. It is a representative project of municipal intangible cultural heritage. The predecessor of Dufuzhuang Huqin Shop was the Jinan branch of Beijing Ma Liangzheng Huqin Shop opened by Du Qingmao, the father of the famous Huqin maker, in the early 20th century. Ten days of effort; carefully selected materials, the piano rod must be made of flower purple bamboo produced in Minhou County, Fuzhou City for more than three years, which has the characteristics of clear tone, strong taste and good resonance. The snake skin of the qin barrel was purchased from Hubei; the production process is complicated, and it has gone through more than ten procedures such as material selection, fire roasting, varnishing, and fixing strings. It is precisely due to the strict selection of materials and meticulous craftsmanship that every huqin produced by the inheritors of Dufuzhuang can be regarded as a fine product and is sought after by huqin enthusiasts at home and abroad.
