The Suwu Yangqin solo "Suwu Yangyang" was adapted from the same folk song by Zhao Dianxue, the founder of the Northeast Yangqin in the 1820s. At the beginning, a string of yangqin strings sounded resounding, high and desolate, like the vast snow and wind in the north. The strings sounded as harsh as ice, with a deep and lonely tone that was difficult to express. Then the passage turned to high and clear, as if the sky and snow had only set off a noble and pure heart, becoming more unyielding and firm. The Northeast Yangqin uses a series of techniques such as trembling, sliding, kneading, swinging, and sliding to depict the ancient charm of the music, the situation of "North Sea Shepherd", and the personality of Su Wu.
