In order to fully implement the State Council's guiding opinions on the development of social organizations, implement the fundamental task of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China on popularizing social art education, and fully perform the industry functions of the China Society of Arts Association, the China Society of Arts Association Art Level Examination Management Center was established after research. (hereinafter referred to as the CAA Grading Management Center), to carry out the social art level assessment work for the national standard.

The Art Level Examination Management Center of China Social Arts Association has now opened four categories of national art level examination services, including art, music, dance and performance. In the spirit of "promoting national culture, popularizing social art education, developing my country's cultural undertakings, and enhancing national culture and art" Literacy", organize, standardize and coordinate the national social art assessment work.

Grading major
1. Music Basics

2. Vocal music: ethnic singing, bel canto, popular singing, children's singing, etc.

3. Keyboard instruments: piano, accordion, electronic organ, digital piano, etc.

4. Western orchestral instruments: flute, clarinet, oboe, saxophone, trumpet, horn, trombone, violin, cello, viola, harp, snare drum, timpani and percussion instruments, xylophone, etc.

5. National orchestral instruments: bamboo flute, Sheng, Suona, Bawu, Hulusi, Ocarina, Xiao, Erhu, Pipa, Guzheng, Guqin, Yangqin, Liuqin, Zhongruan, Konghou, etc.

6. Pluck: classical guitar, folk guitar, fingerstyle guitar, Hawaiian guitar, electric guitar, electric bass, etc.

7. Percussion: (Jazz drums (electric jazz drums), drum kits), etc.

Level settings

The level of each subject is set from one to ten.

Notice:
1. Grades can be skipped within the grade but not grades; candidates of grades 9 and 10 are not allowed to skip grades to apply for the exam.

2. In principle, no grade skipping is recommended for candidates to register! In principle, the first-time application should not be higher than Level 5, and it is possible to apply for consecutive Level 3 exams. Candidates who apply for level 7 or above must present a copy of the previous level certificate when registering.

3. Candidates apply for the corresponding sound base requirements of the skill major.

To apply for Level 1-2 majors, the sound base must not be lower than Level 1.

To apply for level 3-4 majors, the sound base shall not be lower than level 2.

To apply for level 5-6 majors, the sound base shall not be lower than level 3.

To apply for level 7-8 majors, the sound base shall not be lower than level 4.

To apply for level 9-10 majors, the sound base shall not be lower than level 5.

4. Those who are under the age of 7 (inclusive) or who have already passed the highest level of basic knowledge of music can be exempted from the test.

Grading materials
The textbooks are uniformly used in the series of textbooks for the art level examination of the Chinese Society of Arts and Crafts and the series of textbooks from various grade-examination units recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Grading requirements
1. Basic knowledge of music: According to the corresponding level of the test textbook, unified proposition, paper preparation and examination.

2. Vocal music: Children's singing is limited to candidates under the age of 14, and there is no age limit for other subjects. Candidates can choose and report 2 songs according to the corresponding level. The examiner can designate the second song for the additional test (the candidates can record the accompaniment by themselves, or they can bring their own accompanists, and the piano and playback equipment will be provided on site).

3. Instrumental music: For details, please refer to the requirements of the exam textbooks (basic exercises, an etude, and a piece of music) [piano, guzheng, drum set are provided on site, and other musical instruments are provided by yourself]

Registration Instructions
1. Comprehensive test sites and independent test sites: The comprehensive test sites hold two grades tests from December to March and from July to August each year. Each test room has a relevant professional examiner to score and give guiding suggestions. (A test center that independently applies for listing can apply for the test time by itself without time limit.)

2. For non-Chinese or non-Han candidates, please provide your nationality or ethnicity (the nationality of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau is unified as China) when registering.

3. After the candidates register, they will not go through the procedures for changing or returning the application: those who cannot take the test on time or fail to pass the test will not go through the refund procedure.

4. If the certificate information is incorrect due to the error in the original form submitted by the individual or institution, the cost of correcting the certificate is 50 yuan per sheet; the information for correcting the certificate must be reported within one month from the date of issuance of the certificate, and it will not be processed after the expiration date.

5. Candidates must take the test at the time and place shown on the admission ticket. According to the order No. 57 of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, they consciously abide by the discipline of the examination room. Those who do not have the admission ticket or the admission ticket does not match their identity will not be allowed to enter the examination room.

6. The grade-testing agency has the right to exhibit, research, photograph, video, publish, publicize and process the grade-tested works, and the grade-tested works will not be returned.

ways of registration
1. Grading application:

1. How to fill in the form and submit photos:

Candidates need to fill in the paper "China Social Arts Association Art Examination Registration Form" carefully, and the registration form and the admission ticket are combined into one. Items marked with * are required, and 2 2-inch blue-backed front bareheaded paper photos should be pasted at the corresponding positions on the registration form, and 1 electronic photo named after the ID number should be submitted at the same time.

2. Information summary:

The registration agency needs to fill in the "Examinee Electronic Information Summary Form" and collect the "Electronic Photo Named after the ID Number" and check all the information to ensure the candidate's certificate information.

2. Exam time:

【2022.2—2022.5】. Each examination room has a relevant professional examiner to evaluate and give guiding opinions. Simultaneous cameras are set up on the spot, and the video of the on-site grade test is kept for the record.

Approved test sites should go to the test area 20 days in advance after the registration, take the initiative to contact the test area to apply for the test time, and make relevant preparations.

Institutional examination room arrangement
Inside the examination room

(1) Do not occupy, block or close safety exits, equip necessary fire-fighting equipment and master the correct use methods, formulate fire-fighting safety plans, draw escape and evacuation route maps, and timely check and eliminate fire hazards.

(2) Prepare classrooms for the grade test according to the grade test category of candidates.

(3) The examination room should be equipped with one examiner's desk and two chairs, and the desk should be covered with a tablecloth. Opposite the examiner hangs the grading banner uniformly regulated by the China Society for the Arts.

(4) Notices such as "Examination Time Schedule for Candidates", "Exam Discipline", "Exam Instructions" and "Exam Application Guide" are posted in the conspicuous area of the entrance of the examination room.

Exam order

(1) There should be teachers at the entrance of the examination room to maintain order, and group the students into groups in advance according to the number of people to be tested, with no less than 5 people in each group. Each time you enter a group of candidates, you need to lead a team of teachers to guide them. When one group of candidates takes the grade test, the other group of candidates waits in the examination room.

(2) Grades 1-3 candidates are younger, and the teacher can accompany the students into the examination room and assist in organizing the examination.

(3) It is forbidden to visit the examination room, keep the examination room quiet and orderly, except the examiner and the leading teacher, other irrelevant personnel should leave the examination room.

Level 1 is 260 yuan, level 2 is 280 yuan, level 3 is 300 yuan, level 4 is 320 yuan, level 5 is 340 yuan, level 6 is 360 yuan, level 7 is 380 yuan, level 8 is 400 yuan, level 9 is 430 yuan, and level 10 is 460 yuan.
